Where the contents of a home are worth in excess of £100,000, particularly if there are antiques, fine art and valuable jewellery, we can provide exceptional Worldwide All Risks insurance cover and arrange specialist valuations where required.

For properties whose rebuilding costs in excess of £300,000 we can offer insurance cover with no ceiling on the rebuilding cost in the event of total destruction. No owner of a substantial property can ever be certain that the sum insured is adequate; this solution completely removes that worry. The insurance company's assessor estimates the rebuilding cost. Uniquely, they guarantee to pay the full cost of rebuilding the property even if it costs more than the sum insured.

We also arrange insurance cover for owners of foreign homes where we can give much better cover than the foreign insurance market, for example earthquake. If required this can be tied in the with them main UK residence and contents policies resulting in a single convenient renewal date.
